About the job
Au sein de la filiale France, vous allez évoluer sur un poste qui allie l’opérationnel et le management.
Vous allez gérer une petite équipe de 5 personnes en charge du Life-Cycle Management.
C’est une vue d’ensemble des Affaires Réglementaires au sein du laboratoire qui vous permettra d’avoir une diversité de missions. Cela vous donnera l’opportunité d’évoluer et de développer de nouvelles compétences au sein des Affaires Réglementaires.
Vous reportez au Pharmacien Responsable en charge des Affaires Pharmaceutiques et serez donc proche des décisions Stratégiques.
Avec des équipes à taille humaine vous serez en mesure de pouvoir être réactif dans les missions que vous allez avoir à réaliser.
Your missions
Management :
• Management d’une équipe de 5 Personnes en direct.
• Mettre en place des plans d’actions afin de faire évoluer les collaborateurs au sein de votre équipe.
Opérationnel :
• Gestion du Life Cycle Management pour les produits qui vous seront confiés : Variations, Change control, Renouvellement, échange avec les autorités de santé.
• Gestion des nouveaux enregistrements.
• Coordination et supervision des activités avec les autres départements tel que l’Assurance Qualité, Market Access, Remboursement…
Your Experience
• Pharmacien (Thésé & Inscriptible à l’ordre) avec une expérience au minimum de 5 ans dans l’industrie Pharmaceutique.
• Expérience sur la gestion du life cycle Management.
• Une première expérience sur le management direct d’une petite équipe.
• Français et Anglais sont nécessaires.
