About the job
C'est une création de poste au sein du Laboratoire, ou vous allez avoir en charge la formation au niveau Globale.
Du fait de l'ouverture de ce poste, vous allez avoir une certaine liberté de création au niveau des contenus de formation afin d'accompagner au mieux les équipes terrains.
Le portefeuille de produits du laboratoire couvre des domaines thérapeutiques comme l’oncologie et les maladies rares.
L'impact patient et l'approche scientifique sont au cœur des activités du laboratoire. Vous allez donc pouvoir développer vos compétences sur les connaissances scientifiques.
C'est un poste au global (Hors US), vous serez donc confronté à différentes cultures, différentes approches, qui sont d'un point de vue humain très enrichissantes.
Your missions
• Mise en place et développement de la stratégie des supports de formation du groupe pour les produits matures et en développement.
• Mise en place d'une SOP de formation produits.
• Assurer la formation auprès des équipes en local : MSL, Marketing, Commerciaux.
• Préparation et formation des nouveaux arrivants aux produits du groupe.
• Veille scientifique avec les équipes au global.
Your Experience
• De formation scientifique: Pharmacien, Medecin, où PhD avec une expérience dans les ventes, le marketing ou la formation.
• Minimum 5 années d'expérience au sein de l'industrie Pharmaceutique.
• Une expérience en Oncologie OU Maladie Rare est un grand plus.
• Vous parlez Français & Anglais.
