Au sein d’un Laboratoire privé et familial, vous allez travailler avec des produits 100% naturel respectant l’environnement.
Bénéficiant d’une forte croissance et une évolution de son chiffre d’affaires en France, vous allez rejoindre une filiale avec un dynamisme important. La filiale France est composée d’environ 90 personnes, ce qui vous permettra de pouvoir travailler dans un environnement collaboratif, avec un management proche des équipes commerciales. Vous évoluerez auprès de 12 autres Pharmaciens Formateurs.
Vous allez travailler sur la zone 13, 04, 06, 83, 84, Monaco et Corse.
Your missions
• Développer l’expertise scientifique des produits du laboratoire par le biais de formations auprès des Pharmaciens (En Pharmacie ou à distance).
• Contribuer au développement et à la renommée du laboratoire.
• Collaboration avec les équipes en interne : Délégués commerciaux, Directeur des Ventes, Marketing…
• Participation aux séminaires et congrès : Animation de réunions, mise en place de plan d’action de développement.
• Assurer la veille concurrentielle.
Your Experience
• Docteur en Pharmacie (Pharm D) thésé, vous avez une expérience au sein d’officine, ou en tant que formateur(rice).
• Une expérience, ou une appétence pour les produits naturels.
• Vous avez une capacité à prendre la parole en public, vous faites preuve de pédagogie et d’écoute.
• Vous avez un permis B.
